Version
|
Displays the version of the selected document. If the Version field is blank, that either means you have selected the original document, or there are no other versions for the document. If an alphabetical character displays in this field, that means that when the version was created, the creator left it up to ProjectWise to assign a default version name. |

Sequence
|
Displays the number in which the document falls in the sequence of versions. For example, if the selected document is the original version of a document, this field displays the numeral '0'. If the selected document is the first version created based on the original document, this field displays the numeral '1'. |

Node
|
Displays the name of the computer to which the selected document is checked out or exported. |

User
|
Displays the user name of the user who has checked out, exported, or set final status on the selected document. |

Created
|
Displays the time and date the document was created. |

Created by
|
Displays the name of the user who created the document. |

Updated
|
Displays the time and date the document was modified. If the document has not been modified since it was created, this field displays time and date the document was created. |

Updated by
|
Displays the name of the user who last modified the selected document. If the document has not been modified since it was created, this field displays the user name of the user who created the document. |

Status
|
Displays the status of the selected document (Checked In, Checked Out, Exported, Final, Shared). |
